<p>All of our plans and comment if focused on the highert heart will become  accomplished in the year 2012  This year has shifted us into the new paradime  known as the fifth dimension. The planet is now supporting every one and every thing centered around love. If your not happy with your job or your partner or with what is going on in your life , the planet is now sending you signals that it is time to leave or time to make a change. The chaos that your experiencing in the forms of arguments or disinterest, lack of focus, depression or just all around unhappiness are all signs of not listening. Its time to go within and do some deep listening. Here are a list of questions you should be asking your self:</p>
<p>(1) Why do i feel like this</p>
<p>(2) Who am i</p>
<p>(3) What do i want</p>
<p>(4)  Do I love what I do</p>
<p>(5) How can i go about changing my circumstance</p>
<p>(6)  How do i go about accomplishing my own happiness</p>
<p>(7)  Am i happy</p>
<p>If  your not asking yourself these questions your pushing against a tide that will leave you unfulfilled and unhappy. This is  accuring because the planet has shifted from 3 dimention which is duality into fifth dimentiton  which is the love  continuousness know as the higher heart.</p>
<p>The planet is now supporting love , unconditional compassion for the self and all others, peace and joy within and without. Anything else that is not coming from this center is being snuffed out. As long as we allow our selves to make the shift and not  ignore our own inner  guidance and  and inner prompting  the transition will be a smooth on.</p>

<p>Life is not about a destination or a means to a way. You’re not here to get from one point in time to another point in time, as some religions would have you believe. In fact, the whole idea of time is misconstrued. There are two different types of time, or more accurately the dimension of time is so closely correlated to space that you cannot really separate the two or talk about one without the other. So, when it comes to living in the physical realm do consider these things.</p>
<p>The true nature of reality is far different that you could ever imagine. In fact your present reality is about as fixed and as rigid -as real- as a dream. There are, in fact, three different distinct realities which all of you experience and which are directly correlated with the ultimate reality. You experience the ultimate reality every night without realizing it. The ultimate reality is the reality of nothingness, of the void, of total emptiness. This is it. In the end, all teaching and ways point to one truth, the truth that nothing really exists. This is the last fact of the evolutionary insight, or enlightenment, is this understanding. Up to that understating, everything is an illusion, even you.</p>
<p><strong>So how can that be true, I am living and experiencing things right now, how can this exist if nothing exists?</strong></p>
<p>The Nothingness, the emptiness, capsulates everything and every form is born from it. Forms do not really exist, they only depend on perception. From certain points of view form seems very real, from others –that your scientist even know about- physical reality is nothing more than a perspective. So how can nothing exists, and how can you experience it? Well have you?</p>
<p><strong>Recently, after asking some questions, I have started to experience something interesting. For example when I am in deep sleep absolutely nothing exists for me from that perceptive. Nothing, the world its problems etc… nothing is real. Once I woke up, next to my lovely girlfriend and went back to sleep. In those dreams states, I was somewhere completely different; there was no memory of the girlfriend who was physically next to me nor of anything else. </strong></p>
<p>When you go into the void, in the stateless state, in the space where dreams stop, this is the ultimate reality. Out of this nothing, everything is born. In the same way, that you have no idea of your body or identity during deep sleep or dreams state, you currently have little to no idea of your identity beyond your physicality. Your life, as your know it as a physical being trapped in the confines of time and space is but a portion of your whole identity and your total work. That is the roles that you are playing. When you are asleep you have no idea to the being that is sleeping in the same way that when you are having an earthly experience you have no idea of the full extent of your deeper reality. Your deeper reality penetrates existence far more directly that your earth reality. Becoming aware of who you are beyond name and form is possible and your destiny. In fact, that is part of the game that you are playing. Can you figure out who you are?</p>
<p>Name and form are like shooting stars. They are here for moments, and gone very quickly. At the end, you can even wonder if the shooting star was real or a part of your dreams…. Physical life is fleeting like that shooting star, so much so, one can ask did it even really happen.</p>
<p><strong>You can argue that you know it happened because you remember it, or because you have pictures or video of the event.  There are many people who would argue the realness of life.</strong></p>
<p>The only reason these pictures have any meaning is because of the meaning you have attached to them. Camcorders and photography does not capture memory nor give meaning, it only captures light. No matter the technology, in order to go into the past and put things in a context that is meaningful for you, memory is needed. Like everything else, memory is subjective and personal. Memory is content, and the content is not always accurate. So what is the difference between remembering an event the wrong way or misinterpreting it and a fantasy? More importantly, why should a past even have more relevance in your life that this present moment, which even makes the pondering of a memory possible?</p>
<p><strong>I would say, that there is no difference. You can live in the past all you want.</strong></p>
<p>When it comes to the realness of things, it has been studied and evaluated and determined that most memories are inaccurate. After all, how can they be? They depend on one person’s point of view which is often colored by that person&#8217;s own judgments and evolution of things, that person’s moral stance on things, and of course their values. In effect, all of this also goes into remembering things and defining memories that contribute to your sense of self. What I am really saying is that, all of these things that contribute to your sense of self, and nonsensical things when you really look at them. At hindsight they seem very real, material, firm, and concrete, however at a closer examination they fall apart. That is because they are based on past memories, and when they are not based on the past memories, the past content, they are based on the current content which is often very contingent on the past. In other words, how are you or who you think you are any different than a fantasy?</p>
<p><strong>Well, I can touch see, feel, hear, and touch myself. I am also getting feedback of my existence from other people and objects. For example I can run into a wall and it will hurt. </strong></p>
<p>How do you know that you are not in a hologram? Or in a dream? How can you tell the difference? Even in a dream everything seems real, you talk to people, there is time and space, and there is fear and pain and even enjoyment. Many psychologists accurately point out that you are everyone in your dream. It is all you and your psychology. How do you know that your waking state is not an extension of  your dreaming state? Why is there a difference and a distinction? How do you know that birth and death are no different that waking up and going to sleep?</p>
<p><strong>I don’t know. In dreams things do not make sense and do not follow the same laws, so there is one difference. I have also had lucid dreams, when I realized I was dreaming I manifested anything I wanted. It was a nice game to play. Are birth and death different that waking up and going to bed?</strong></p>
<p>Have you ever seen one of those Russian dolls? You open it up and inside there is another smaller doll, and so one? Well here the idea is the same. Things mirror each other. One thing shows you the way of another thing so all of nature, and you –who are also nature- point to the deepest truths and deepest realities know to man. This is because you are the truth, you are the reality, not a part of it, but one with it! One level shows you something about the whole. Nature shows you truth; it gives you insight, in the deeper nature of things. In the same way that you wake up in the morning, you are given birth to. Your day is like a lifetime, and then off to sleep you go. It is an ending, like death. After you go to sleep, you are in a different dimension or realm or experience. Much like you will be after your death. In that state where things do not make sense, you go from one experience to another and so on, until you wake up the next day and the same cycle begins. The next day, there was some continuity from the day before, so you begin working on what you have not finished. The Russian dolls show you something on every level. For instance, every moment you die a little death. You are not identical from one moment to the next; every breath brings a beginning and an end. There is a whole life, within that breath. So within one life, you live many lives.</p>
<p><strong>After asking a question about reincarnation I had a series of 5 dreams, one after the other. When I woke up I understood the significance of the experience. I was shown that way of reincarnation. You go from one dream to another, from one life experience to another unrelated experience. Between the experiences was an empty void, just darkness/emptiness. When I was in each dream, I was so consumed by my storyline that I had no idea of my greater reality, nor did I remember any of the past dreams. In the end of these episodes, I was told that this is what reincarnation is like. If I wanted to know who I was, I needed to get past the storyline.</strong></p>
<p>Did you have some purpose in the Dreams? Did they point to something about yourself?</p>
<p><strong>Yes. There was a strong fear component in one of my dreams. I do not remember the others.  The purpose was to get past the dream, not to fall for the story line. </strong></p>
<p>Even now, that is the point. To get past the story line, to get past your fears and desires. All dreams are reflections of you. Whatever it is that you experience can only happen within a certain framework. The things that you experience are a byproduct of your consciousness. You are literally the creator of your life experience in the same way that you are the architect of your dreams. Now, like  in your dreams, you are at a lack of control until you realize your power to change and to redesign your dream according to your preferences. Everyone has the opportunity to create change within their physical world, after all that is about the only thing that you can expect-change.</p>
<p>This is the Cosmic Joke, taking all of these things that don&#8217;t exist so seriously&#8230;</p>

When one of your buttons is pushes, these networks send a signal to your hypothalamus to begin reproducing a matching peptide-bond sequence –chemical that produces your emotions. In effect, your tho<img class="alignleft" title="Neurological Networks" src="http://www.sossobriety.org/net.gif" alt="" width="136" height="125" />ughts produce your emotions! The more you think about something, the bigger these webs become and the stronger the corresponding emotions. In reverse, the bigger the network the more likely you are to think about the things found in that network. On a very physiological level, this is why people obsess over certain ideas, or cannot get over certain emotions. When these networks are very large, very developed, they produce an enormous amount of corresponding emotions. To make matters worse, your body’s cells uptake these peptide-bond sequences and when a certain emotion is available on a daily bases –for example you feel like a victim- your cells become addicted to that emotion/chemicals. In essence, you can become addicted to negative thinking and feeling. Then a vicious cycle ensues….</p>
<p><strong>Meditations</strong></p>
<p>Now, meditation breaks up these networks. When a person meditates, he/she draws energy away from these networks, the neurons in these networks become available for other functions. In turn, the hypothalamus is not triggered to create additional peptide-bond sequences and the body weans itself off of this chemical dependency.</p>
<p><strong>Visualizations</strong></p>
<p>Visualizations are a powerful way of experiencing something before it occurs. Scientists have discovered that there are no differences in the brain between physical experience and fantasies. The brain interprets both with equal merit and as being real. The experiment that lead scientists to this discovery was made when a group of subjects was asked to visualize an orange and later they were shown an orange, the experiments concluded that the same regions of the brain light up under an MRI leading scientist to the conclusion that there is no difference in the brain between fantasy and reality. Both are given equal footing.</p>
<p>Through the use of Visualizations, one can meditate directly on negative thoughts and emotions. Such a meditation can give you a greater insight into your own psychology, triggers, and patterns. You will begin to understand when and what triggers these thoughts and emotions. Once you are aware of this, you can become more present during the emotional rush and even begin to break up these networks as they become active in you. All you have to do is just be present and watch it as it happens.</p>
<p><strong>Avoidance</strong></p>
<p>Try not to avoid anything. Remember the old phrase, “avoid no evil’. Avoiding or trying to avoid the reality, in this case a bad thought or feeling will only reproduce more negativity. By trying to avoid  the unavoidable you will begin creating more suffering for yourself within that moment. Instead of avoiding, try to bring all of you attention into this unpleasant experience. After all, if it is already here it is too late. You cannot change this reality, all  you can do is accept it. Accepting it will bring down your own inner barriers. With acceptance comes peace even in the most painful of times.</p>

There are a number of reasons why you have the fears that you do. The reason maybe because of your past experience, judgments, and future expectations. In any case, you have been conditioned, to experience fear when the correct trigger is in place. When someone or something pushes the fear button, you begin to experience that precise fear. For example, one common fear that the majority of people have is speaking in front of larger crowds -stage fright. People are afraid, even though they are in no direct danger, of being on stage and what that might lead to. So how to overcome this fear, or any fear?</p>
<p><strong>Visualization</strong></p>
<p>First Start of with placing yourself in that situation that you fear. If it is stage fright for example, visualize yourself being there. Try to make it as real as possible. Imaging the people looking at you, what they are thinking, imagine what you are saying, if you are turning red, etc… Most importantly, you will begin to feel this fear. You will experience it in this visualization, and that is the most important part. As you begin to experience the fear, do not try to avoid it, or turn away, instead give it your full attention. Feel exactly what you are experiencing. What part of the body is the fear found in? What does it feel like? Is it a pressure feeling or a moving feeling or a hot feeling? Does the feeling move or pulsate? Is there a contractive or expansive motion? Does it hurt or make you feel sick to your stomach? Note all of the characteristics of this feeling. Also, note all of the thoughts that you are having. Pay attention to your internal dialogue. What types of thoughts are they? Do they refer to a specific time and place, like a past experience? Do they get increasing negative and doubtful? Note all the characteristics of your inner dialogue. Lastly, the stronger the feeling of fear that you may have regarding the subject of your choice the more work you will need to apply towards breaking free from this bondage.</p>
<p>If the fear is small, then it will be easier and when it is large it will be harder. In any case, when you actually experience the even that you are preparing for a few things may occur. Remember all that you experienced during your visualization and you will have a good idea of what to expect. So do not be afraid of these emotions, you have already experienced them countless times. Generally, you will handle the emotions and the circumstances much better and the feelings will subside. Note, that in the case of most emotions, they only last 30-60 seconds. So, if you can get past the first half minute, you should be fine.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div id = 'vidsnapr' name = '*'></div><p>This meditation is best done in the Morning. The stream of compulsive thinking first begins to gain momentum in the morning. Upon waking up, you may immediately start to think about what you have to do for the day, and other stresses and worries. This usually sets the rest of the day up for you to be in alignment with those same thought streams and by the end of the day; you may be mentally and emotionally exhausted. The thinking processes, the worrying process have picked up so much momentum that breaking your identification with thought and feeling may be very difficult. So upon waking up do the following:</p>
<p>1)	Upon waking up, become very aware and alert of your internal dialogue. Listen and wait for the thoughts to come. </p>
<p>2)	There is no need to try to avoid the thoughts and feelings you may be experiencing, just become very aware of them.</p>
<p>3)	Stay in this state of awareness for as long as you can. This is the stateless state, because there is no content in it. </p>
<p>4)	If you get caught up by the thoughts or feelings, try to return to the witnessing state. Feel good about returning to the witnessing state. is </p>
<p>5)	With practice, you will learn that you are in fact the witness, and not the thoughts or emotions. This is very powerful and liberating.</p>

<p><strong>About Channeling</strong></p>
<p>This section is dedicated to questions and answers. I often ask questions, questions about reality, about meaning, about life, etc… whatever I may want to know about. Often, I get an answer. I am here, in part, to share those answers. They have been very helpful in my life, and may they also be helpful in yours. If something feels right to you, feel free to incorporate in your life, if it does not, then you do not have to embrace it. Embrace only that which you feel deeply drawn to, and that which speaks to you.  Thank you for reading these dialogues and being a part of this journey.</p>
<p><strong>How it happens</strong></p>
<p>I get quite, in a relaxed meditative state and allow things to pass through me. Sometimes I get a slew of information very quickly other times I connect with the stillness silence and insight emerges. Stillness speaks. Anyone of you can try this at home and see if it works for you.</p>
<p><strong>How to Know if you are being Guided in the Right Direction</strong></p>
<p>Often times you may run across many types of teacher and teachings. From my experience, with my inner guide, the inner-self, love Buddha nature or whatever term you would like to use I have experienced the following:</p>
<p>A True guide always gives you freedom, even freedom from him/her. You do not need to do anything, there are no ‘shoulds’ or ‘have tos’. There is an immense amount of freedom given, that is freedom from judgment, freedom to do and be yourself, and unconditional love. Unconditional love is only possible under freedom, if there is no freedom then it is not unconditional.  Lastly, a real guide is gentle, patient, and goes at your pace. There is no rush, there is no anxiety or fear of any kind, there is only peace because a true guide knows the ultimate reality of harmony.</p>
<p>A False guide may not be any of the above. There will be a sense of superiority between you and him/her, there will be conditions, expectations, and an element of fear. The False guide will present ideas to you, and these ideas will require your belief. A true guide does not require belief and does not work with ideas, he only points to the truth.</p>
<p><strong>Do you need a guide?</strong></p>
<p>There is a phrase in Buddhism, “killing the Buddha” which applies here. Killing the Buddha is all about going beyond the outside guide and moving into the inside guide. You are ultimately your own best teacher, guide, and master. You are the one that will teach you how to be yourself.  More accurately, when all that is not you drops off, all that will be left is your, the inner self or the inner Buddha. The outer Buddha is only there to point to the inner Buddha and to help remind you who you are. In death, which this is, in the end all is stripped away. The outside falls away, the body decomposes as does the mind. All that is not you falls away.<br />
Spirituality is about finding who you are beyond the mind and the body, the deepest part of you which is beyond birth and death. This is what is referred to as ‘dying before you dye’. In this knowing there is deep inner peace.</p>
<p><strong>What About Authority?</strong></p>
<p>There is a distinction between learning from someone and that person being your authority. If they are your authority, then they have power over your. If they have power over you, then you have lost power. Instead use a guide that empowers you and shows you, your own inner strength. In existence all things are one and connected, there is no one thing that is better than another thing, thus all things are ordinary. As a result, one thing does not have natural authority over another thing, and authority is a fabrication. Instead be your own authority, follow the voice that speaks to you, and allow others the same respect.</p>

<p>Here is a meditation that works for me very well. It is Soft and there are a few different ways  you can do it. Play with it and which way works best for you.</p>
<p><strong> This is a Daily Intention Meditation</strong>: This meditation will help bring about a particular sentiment throughout your day. Intentionally choosing what you want to experience throughout the day is a powerful way to move towards that. Here it is:</p>
<p>1)	Relax and Get Quite</p>
<p>2)	Ask “What do I want to experience Today, Right Now, What is Most Important to me”</p>
<p>3)	Allow yourself to get quite, and experience your answer. You may begin to experience that which you are trying to draw to yourself. For example, I choose to be present, to be aware, and to feel love. When I choose this, I usually begin experiencing it immediately. Then I hold on to that experience and stay within that zone.  The next day, you try the same qualities or pick new ones you want to experience.</p>
<p>4)	Once you have connected with this zone of emotions you choose to experience, try to stay with it for as long as you choose to. If your mind wonders and starts attracting negative feelings, be aware of what is going on, and go back to the positive emotions. Be glad that you caught it that is a good start.</p>
<p>With this focused meditation what you are actually doing is practicing positivity and awareness. Often times we put too much emphasis on being negative. Our internal dialogue tends to be one of complaining, or being angry or depressed, or any other negative emotion. All these thoughts are just that, thoughts. They become our realities when we accept them to be the truth. This is also why they are so hard to let go off. So meditate on positive emotions, experience them thoroughly for a few minutes, it is pleasurable experience you can play around with, and become the one who is aware of the experiences.</p>

<p>We have a few Different Categories. You can look things up by topic or just jump into a category, like blog or channeling and read. Here is the intention of each category:</p>
<p><strong>Blogs</strong>: articles written designed to help point you towards the inner peace that is already within you.</p>
<p><strong>Channeling</strong>: Its a dialogue of Questions and Answers on a range of Topics. The Question is meditated on until an answer comes.</p>
<p><strong>Community</strong>: this page is designed to help create a spiritual community in your area. At this time, it is very beneficial when 2 or more people get together with the intention of mediation. Community allows you to connect with others and set up times for mediation.</p>
<p><strong>Forum</strong>: The forum is designed to allow you to converse with others regarding these subjects. Practical Q &amp; A can done, you can get advise on books, or anything else dealing with spirituality.</p>
<p><strong>Meditations</strong>: A list of practice mediations and exercises you  can do right now. There are meditations focused on the healing emotional wounds, letting go, the inner body, relaxation, and experiencing inner peace.</p>
<p><strong>Spiritual Book Store</strong>: it&#8217;s a bookstore where all of your favorite books can be purchased at great discounts.</p>
<p><strong>Videos</strong>: Videos are dedicated to expressing the material at hand. Some videos are from the author, others are from other authors and teachers.</p>
<p>We strongly encourage you to follow your inner guidance. Follow those particular messages that resonate with you most and drop does that don&#8217;t. If something does not feel right for you, then it may not be right for you at this time. Always honor yourself and your highest good and follow your inner guidance.</p>
