About the Author

Stefan Kojouharov was originally born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria and migrated to the United States as a child with his parents. He became very interested in Spirituality and Inner Growth at the early age of 19. His dive into mysticism led him into a realm of personal discovery and a state of deep inner peace which was to him synonymous with spirituality. He went on to explore the different Mystical Traditions of Taoism, Buddhism, Yoga, and Sufism. These early periods in his life had a lasting trasformative effect. He later went on to earn a Bacheloers Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Psychology and NLP. Currently, Stefan likes to write self help material focused on meditation, inner peace, and psychology.

Niegel Hayles helps each of us connect with our own inner voice and truth. At a young age Niegel had a multitude of esoteric experiences which helped develop her awareness. At the age of 17 she began her spiritual journey and wanted to understand her experiences and turned to her religion which could not answer her questions. Her journey took her within and many of her answers have come through her connecting to source. In her inner journey, she became aware of the many different realities within spirituality. Her journey is now to share what she has learned and to help you connect with your own inner light.
